So Doc and I are driving to an undisclosed location for a birthday surprise…..and it’s lunch time so we yelp some places in Los Banos and come across Hot City BBQ. So delicious! Not only was the meat fantastic they had an organic green salad with apple and blue cheese with a choice of any meat that was killer. Here I am walking into this local small town spot wanting a salad and thinking great here we go with a choice of iceberg lettuce, slice of tomato and one black olive…..you know the salad I’m talking about…..ranch or vinegar dressing. I was shocked to read the description of this wonderful salad then when I got it and tasted it I was even more floored! I know it sounds whacky a little place in Los Banos but if you are driving thru its a must for BBQ lovers!
